Well done from everyone at the 12th to Alfie Newsum who was recently awarded his Chief Scout’s Silver Award which is the highest possible award for a Cub and which takes a lot of work over a long period to complete. Alfie (now a Scout) collected the award he achieved whilst a Cub at last week’s ceremony. In the photo you can see Alfie being presented with his certificate on the left by Stella Callow (Andover District Commissioner) and by Sandra Hemsley (the Assistant District Commissioner for Explorers).
Congratulations Alfie for all you have achieved and your hard work – now on to your Gold award next.
