We are pleased to announce that 2 of our leaders have received awards.
At a recent Cub meeting our District Commissioner Stella Callow (who is responsible for overseeing the whole Andover district) presented Kaa (Craig Fisher) with the ‘Chief Scout’s Commendation For Good Service’ which recognises an outstanding contribution to scouting by anyone within or connected to the group and so we wanted to recognise Craig who until recently was leading at the 12th and also at the 4th Andover and who has been an ever present help at the 12th right through the pandemic, is highly respected and valued by all of us in the group and we are very grateful to him – WELL DONE CRAIG.
The second award was for Chil (Ben Paulley) who has now been at the 12th for 5 years and who continues to do a wonderful job in the Cub section but also helping out with events in other sections too such as the recent Scout expedition to the Isle of Wight – THANK YOU BEN and well done.
We (and you) are very lucky to have such terrific leaders at the 12th and we thank both of them for all they have done and continue to do.
