We thought you’d like to see these photos of all our Cub Leaders & Young Leaders together. Our District Commissioner (the person who oversees all the groups in the Andover District) Phil Deverill attended the recent Cub meeting to award Ben Paulley (Chil), Mel Hawkes (Baloo) & Ruth Miller (Raksha) with their ‘Chief Scout’s Commendation for Good Service’ awards. Paul Webster (Shere Khan) was given his award at the most recent District award event too. In addition, Thomas Fisher (one of our Young Leaders) received his award for successfully completing his training as well as his DofE Bronze award – two terrific achievements.
We have a terrific group of Cub Leaders as I am sure you know as Cub parents and it’s even better to have 3 excellent Young Leaders as they are the future of scouting so we are proud to have them in the group. Thank you all for all that you do week-in week-out and congratulations for the most recent award winners.
