Congratulations to Toby Dowdall for achieving the highest award in Cubs, the Chief Scout’s Silver Award. Toby is a Scout now but before he finished at Cubs he gained this award and as Toby was not able to be present at the recent District Award ceremony, Bagheera presented him with his certificate this week. Well done Toby, we are proud of you. On to the the Gold award next.
